What is National Sweater Day?
National Sweater Day is a campaign encouraging Canadians to show their support for limiting global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
What can you do?
Turn down your thermostat by 1.5 degrees Celsius or more and wear your favourite sweater to stay warm. Home Efficiency Rebate Plus
Have you been considering making some changes to improve home comfort, increase energy efficiency, save costs and help our planet? If yes, now is the time. Applying for rebates has become easier as Enbridge Gas has partnered with Canada’s Greener Homes Grant program to offer a one window process through the Home Efficiency Rebate Plus program also known as HER+.

- Types of homes that qualify include Enbridge Gas customers who own a home whether they live in the home or are the landlord of that home; non-Enbridge Gas customers who live in the home; off-grid communities; and some low-rise and mixed-use properties.
- Rebates are available for home energy assessments (up to $600), home insulation (up to $10,000), air sealing (up to $1,300), smart thermostats (up to $125), windows and doors (up to $325 for each), space and water heating including heat pumps (up to $7,800), renewable energy systems (up to $5,000), and weatherproofing (up to $1,650).
