Bay Area Climate Forum: Clean Energy Creating Economic Opportunity 

The Bay Area Climate Change Council is back with their annual keystone event – the Bay Area Climate Forum. This year, the focus of the Forum will be on the transition to a clean energy economy 

The Bay Area Climate Forum is an annual event hosted by the Bay Area Climate Change Council (BACCC) 

What is the Bay Area Climate Forum? 

Open to the public, this hybrid event is especially tailored for municipal policymakers, local community and business leaders, and residents of Hamilton and Burlington. Facilitated by Laridae, an organization that specializes in bringing together diverse stakeholders, guiding productive discussions, and delivering actionable outcomes. The Forum will feature an engaging breakout session on mapping energy needs in the Bay area, identifying opportunities, challenges, and barriers to a clean energy transition. 

Working collaboratively, the Forum will launch a broad initiative for the Bay Area as a region to move forward towards a green future. The Forum will ensure that all Bay Area communities benefit from this vital transition.

The 2025 Bay Area Climate Forum will be more than just an ordinary conference. It will build the momentum for the Hamilton-Burlington Bay Area to move forward as a region in the transition to a clean energy economy.   

Both in-person and virtual options are available.  

Forum on Energy and the Economy

The Forum will feature a workshop focused on energy and the economy. Participants will explore energy needs across the Bay Area, identifying key challenges, as well as opportunities for growth. The program includes a keynote address and a panel discussion with energy experts. Multiple breakout sessions will feature ranging topics such as top-energy priorities and low-carbon energy ideas. The day will end with a networking cocktail reception. Come to enjoy thought-provoking discussions with stakeholders at the forefront of the Bay Area clean energy transition.
