- Match with other users who are part of the same organization or have the same destination for recurring commutes.
- Find one-off carpools to get home on weekends, attend events, or to work around an irregular schedule.

Five Ways to Encourage Sustainable Commuting at Your Workplace:
Promote Carpooling: Use the Smart Commute app to form carpooling groups within your organization to share rides and reduce commuting costs during the cold winter months.
Support Cycling: Share resources such as municipal winter maintenance plans, and winter cycling bike workshops, and use the Smart Commute app to find cycling partners. Support employees by providing amenities like sheltered, secure, and heated bike parking and/or shower facilities.
Encourage Public Transit: Offer transit pass subsidies or provide information on local transit options.
Facilitate Walking: Promote walking breaks and/or meetings and provide cleared, safe, and accessible walking routes.
Flexible Working Arrangements: Allow remote work or flexible hours to reduce peak-time travel during inclement weather.
